Auntie Kim's Brunch Eggs

I misplaced the original recipe, so this may be modified a bit. As my kids will tell you, Auntie Kim is a GENIUS in the kitchen.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a 9 by 13 pan, sprinkle 2-3 cups of grated cheddar and/or jack cheese, and one can of diced chilies. Set aside.

In a bowl, beat 5 to 6 eggs. Add in 1 can evaporated milk, 2 T flour, 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of Tabasco.

Pour egg mixture over the cheese and chilies.

Bake 30 minutes.
