Alberto's Pork Loin

Salt and pepper a pork loin.

Using a 1:1 ratio, mix spicy mustard and honey.
Put this mixture all over the pork.

Bake at 350.

Honey mustard sauce will caramelize. Add stock to this and allow it to reduce in the pan.

Bake until done (approx 1 hour)

Serve sauce over sliced meat.
