Cook a package of pasta, drain and set aside.
In a pan over medium heat, melt 6T butter.
Whisk in 6T flour. Let this cook for a minute or two, stirring constantly.
(note to unit three: CONSTANTLY!!!)
Add six cups or so of milk. I usually heat the milk up in the microwave while I am doing the flour and butter thing above. Hot milk makes the process go faster.
(note to unit three: Yes... you come by your wee bit impatient side honestly. Sorry about that.)
Whisking constantly, and maybe upping the heat to medium-high, let the milk, butter and flour get all hot and bubbly.
Remove from heat and add as much cheese as you like... maybe 3-4 cups?
Mix cooked pasta and cheese sauce. Pour into a 13 by 9 pan that's been coated with a bit of cooking spray. Cover with foil and bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees... until it's hot and bubbly.
(note to unit three: I love you. thanks for asking for yo mama's recipes... it makes me feel happy. xoxo.)
