1 pound of ground beef
1 onion, chopped
garlic, chopped
sliced mushrooms
2T flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup fat free sour cream
Cooked egg noodles or brown rice
In a large skillet, cook the beef, onions, garlic and mushrooms together.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper to taste. Cook five minutes stirring constantly.
Turn heat down to low. Stir in soup and sour cream; heat through.
Serve over noodles or brown rice.
